Participant Assessments

An important step in structuring and planning our in-house courses is getting to know the participants.

Our in-person participant assessments give us the opportunity to determine the level of each participant more effectively than written assessments. This one-on-one time with the participants also helps us get an idea of the group dynamics as well as what is of interest and importance to the group and the company.

Assessments are usually conducted in person at our client’s offices but they can also be conducted via Zoom if necessary.
