Helen is EWL Trainings’ specialist for beginner English communication classes.

She is a native English speaker from New York State. She holds a master’s degree in German language and literature from The University of North Dekota and spent two years at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg.

She worked at various financial institutions in New York and California before completing her teaching qualifications at Stony Brook University and going on to teach in the New York public school system for 22 years.

She retired from teaching in 2019 and came out of retirement (part time) to work with EWL Trainings in 2025!
