Elaine is the founder of EWL Trainings and the head English communication trainer.

She studied economics at La Universidad Complutense de Madrid and international business administration at Die Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) before working in the fields of German and international tax law at Mazars and transfer pricing at TP&C.

She has been supporting German tax professionals with specialized English communication training since 2016. In addition to her in-house training and workshops with professional development institutes, she has also lectured at Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, and HSB Hochschule Bremen.
